Arguably, the Best sports neighborhood in the world.
Wrigleyville is one of the most amazing neighborhoods (if you're a baseball fan) in the Universe. every apartment building in the area, is centered around the historic baseball cathedral that is Wrigley Field, the ones closest to the stadium, sporting bleachers and other various forms of seating arrangements on their rooftops, providing unique angles to watch the Cubs games.
the neighborhood also dawns restaurants and other forms of local businesses, that seem to take you back to 1914 ( the stadium's inaugural season)......or at least the 60s (ish), not just with some of the signage they sport, but the look of the buildings, and the amount of vintage diner looking hot dog (and other) stands in the area.
below, I have somewhat of a pictorial tour of a little bit of the neighborhood, as well as the stadium itself.

The back of the Scoreboard (behind the bleachers)

view down the third base line (under the porch)

the famous Marquee above the home plate entrance

400 (ish) level seating

view of the vintage scoreboard and the famous ivy on the brick outfield wall

vintage stadium signage

Clark the Cub (mascot)

camera box view

concourse view

outfield view from on top of the porch

bleachers entrance and the Harry Caray statue

Hot Dog stand outside of the ballpark

view of the stadium from one of the neighborhood streets

seats on top of neighborhood apartment buildings

a little sitting area outside of the stadium for the public to hang out, play yard games, shop, and watch the game on the big screen

view of the garden boxes outside the stadium

another interesting local shop
